About a report
Include the report link (it contains /report/) so we can look at the same thing you are. Never send a sign-in code or sign-in link. We do not need them, and anyone who asks for them is not us.
Refunds and withdrawal
Write from the email address you bought with and say which address you bought and when. Withdrawal is explained in the Terms of service; a plain email is enough to exercise it.
A figure looks wrong
Tell us the address and the section. Every figure names its source in the report, so we can check whether the data or our reading of it is at fault, and fix it for everyone.
Your data
Requests for access, correction or deletion go to the same address. What we hold and why is set out in the Privacy policy.
